A beautiful gift for any yogi looking to develop or deepen into their own practice. Each session is entirely personalised takes place in the comfort and privacy of their own home. Astanga inspired, Vinyasa flow yoga, the choice of focus is entirely theirs: - Relaxing flow to nurture and de-stress - Rejuvenating flow to inspire and revitalise - Or, a focus on balance and strength, working into arm balances and backbends or headstands. All sessions are available as a two hour session. Please note - any venue hire is an extra cost in addition to the voucher. The attractively presented voucher is emailed directly to you and available as a PDF document to either send as an email or print out to present in person.
